Your Profile • Completed higher education or equivalent professional qualification. • Relevant experiences in people management and team leadership . • Motivating team player, supporting and enabling others with strong hands‑on mentality. • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong focus on results. • Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient under pressure. • Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus). • Readiness to work on shifts (evening, weekends, public holidays, etc.). • Valid Category B driver’s license .
