Overview L’Oréal SeedZ offers a 12‑month, rotation‑based Management Trainee Program designed to develop future leaders in key operational roles across our global business. Program Details (Responsibilities) Rotations : Two 6‑month assignments in production in Karlsruhe and in logistics in Muggensturm.

You will spend two 6‑month assignments in production and logistics, work on projects from day one, and gain exposure to the full breadth of our operations. Qualifications Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain, Logistics or Production. Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, initiative, responsibility and results orientation.

Analytical skills: strategic thinking, problem‑solving abilities and quantitative strength. Interpersonal skills: active listening, relationship building and networking. Strong communication skills in German and English, and proficiency with MS Office. Individualized personal and professional development opportunities.
