Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Understand Automotive market and the related needs to reflect them to central function Experience the sales operations work in our Automotive Sales Segment & support the introduction of a new Sales Planning process & tool Experience in the region supporting customer events and partnership management in Japan Support on pricing intelligence and drive business analytics & performance management in SMD A Set up a good and trustful relationship with your main stakeholders in ATV division and Central team to interact effectively and drive new formats Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in business, engineering or similar (ideally with automotive experience) Experience in data analysis and preparation (market and competitor analysis) Proven experience on project management, process design or data-analytics by building on generative AI capabilities Strong interest on driving change in organizations Demonstrating passion on testing and trying out new use cases and challenging achieved outputs from customer or stakeholder perspective Structured, pragmatic approach; able to clarify ambiguous requirements Excellent English and German communication and confidence presenting concepts to managers Proactive team player, comfortable working with diverse global teams Willingness to complete international assignments Contact: Bárbara Moreira We embrace diversity and inclusion and welcome everyone for who they are.
