As part of Infineon's International Graduate Program, you'll rotate through impactful roles, collaborate with global teams, and develop the skills to shape the Infineon of tomorrow.

Your program consists of the following elements: Learn and apply Infineon’s Project Management methodologies by being part of Infineon’s Sales & Marketing operations team in Munich Join different teams, task forces or projects to test and implement the automation of business processes e.g. with focus on Case Management, Sales Performance management or Infineon’s Global G2M Partner Management Create your network into Divisions & Sales Segments by a close exchange with global or regional Product Management, Account Management or G2M Partner Management on their requirements and business needs Experience the sales operations work in our Automotive Sales Segment & support the introduction of a new Sales Planning process & tool Embark on two international assignments Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are curious and interested in a broad range of topics.

You find inspiration in teamwork, collaborating with your colleagues in the big picture.

Degree in business, engineering, computer science or similar Proven experience on project management, process design or data-analytics by building on agentic AI capabilities Strong interest on driving change in organizations Demonstrating passion on testing and trying out new use cases and challenging achieved outputs from customer or stakeholder perspective Structured, pragmatic approach; able to clarify ambiguous requirements Excellent English communication and confidence presenting concepts to managers, German is a plus Proactive team player, comfortable working with diverse global teams Willingness to complete international assignments And you fully agree with these statements: I am an ambitious and open-minded person who loves to get to know new people and learn about new topics When I think about moving to another country for at least three months, I want to start packing my bags I like to work in teams that are very diverse I can’t wait to present a concept to team and managers – and I don’t mind doing it in English My friends describe me as “technology-savvy” If this is you, then we want to make it easy for you to apply: All we need is your CV and your relevant certificates, such as your final university degree or your most recent university transcripts.
