As part of Infineon's International Graduate Program, you’ll rotate through impactful roles, collaborate with global teams, and develop the skills to shape the Infineon of tomorrow.

Your program consists of the following elements: • Strategic assignment, providing exposure to executive decision-making and business steering. • Operational assignment, focusing on fab performance and operational excellence. • Technical assignment, building domain expertise and understanding of the technological drivers of manufacturing success. • Support strategic frontend optimization initiatives by leveraging AI and digital expertise. • Help translate complex technical and strategic insights into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills. • Contribute to continuous improvement within an international setting, bringing a fresh perspective.

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: • Develop a holistic understanding of Frontend manufacturing by contributing to strategic, operational, and technical initiatives across the FE organization. • Join cross‑functional performance improvements and learn how to translate strategy into execution while effectively engaging stakeholders from shop floor to board level.

Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Chemistry, Physics or a related field. • Project Management experience with strong analytical skills. • AI and digital expertise. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent English and German communication skills.
