Skills Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. You will start with a 2-week onboarding in Switzerland to discover EFG Mission, Vision and Culture and start building your professional network.
During the onboarding you will have the chance to attend specific trainings aimed at enhancing key competencies and communication skills. Continuous learning opportunities to ensure you develop both personally and professionally to achieve full potential. Buddy and Mentor to accompany you throughout the programme.
