We are recruiting a Graduate in Cluster Strategy Development for a one-year assignment focused on shaping the future of the Ransbach Cluster.

Graduates must be willing to spend the second year in a different cluster.

What You Bring to the Table • A degree in engineering, geology, mining, business, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to structure complex topics and derive clear insights. • Interest in operations, strategy, and industrial environments. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluency in English; German is a plus. • Driving license required.
