Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting market and customer analysis to identify sustainable growth opportunities Analyzing product portfolio performance, including margins, BOM, and cost optimization Supporting quarry footprint strategy (which sites to expand, maintain, or divest) Collaborating with commercial, operational, and geological teams Managing project timelines and coordinating stakeholders Translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations What You Bring to the Table A degree in engineering, geology, mining, business, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to structure complex topics and derive clear insights Interest in operations, strategy, and industrial environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English; German is a plus Driving license required Our Selection Process Application Submission – CV & Motivation Letter First Interview – Initial screening Assessment – Competency evaluation Business Case Study – Real-world challenge Panel Interview – Final discussion with stakeholders Why Join Us?
