We are recruiting a Graduate in Cluster Strategy Development for a one-year assignment focused on shaping the future of the Ransbach Cluster.
Graduates must be willing to spend the second year in a different cluster. Your Impact in This Role
Develop a comprehensive business strategy for the Ransbach Cluster. Conduct market and customer analysis to identify sustainable growth opportunities. Analyze product portfolio performance, including margins, BOM, and cost optimization.
Support quarry footprint strategy (identify sites to expand, maintain, or divest). Manage project timelines and coordinate stakeholders. Translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations. What You Bring to the Table </
