We are recruiting a Graduate in Cluster Strategy Development for a one-year assignment focused on shaping the future of the Ransbach Cluster. Graduates must be willing to spend the second year in a different cluster. Your Impact in This Role Develop a comprehensive business strategy for the Ransbach Cluster.
Conduct market and customer analysis to identify sustainable growth opportunities. Analyze product portfolio performance, including margins, BOM, and cost optimization. Support quarry footprint strategy (identify sites to expand, maintain, or divest). Manage project timelines and coordinate stakeholders.
Translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations. What You Bring to the Table A degree in engineering, geology, mining, business, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to structure complex topics and derive clear insights. Interest in operations, strategy, and industrial environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English; German is a plus. Driving license required. Selection Process Application Submission – CV & Motivation Letter.
