What You’ll Do • Support the analysis of customer requirements and technical specifications for energy storage projects • Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and project documentation • Learn about BESS system architecture, PCS, EMS, grid connection, and system configuration concepts • Support coordination with Sales, Project Management, R&D, and Engineering teams • Participate in technical discussions, meetings, and project follow‑ups • Help maintain project trackers, documentation databases, and proposal status updates • Conduct market and competitor research related to renewable energy and energy storage solutions • Contribute to improving internal tools, templates, and documentation processes Who We’re Looking For • Recent graduates or final‑year students from universities or engineering schools • Degree background in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Renewable Energy, Power Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields • Strong interest in renewable energy, battery storage, or sustainable infrastructure • Good analytical and organizational skills • Comfortable working with technical documents, engineering materials, and data analysis • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Good communication skills in English • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑growing industry Nice to Have • Basic knowledge of BESS, PCS, EMS, inverters, grid connection, or power systems • Internship, academic project, or research experience related to renewable energy or engineering • Familiarity with technical drawings, system diagrams, or simulation tools is a plus What You’ll Gain • Structured learning experience in the energy storage and renewable energy industry • Exposure to real renewable energy projects and customer opportunities • Hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional and international teams • Practical understanding of BESS technologies and energy storage applications • Mentorship from experienced technical and commercial professionals • A strong foundation for future careers in technical solutions, energy storage, and renewable infrastructure If you are passionate about clean energy and excited to grow in one of Europe’s fastest‑growing industries, we would love to hear from you.

Our BESS Technical Solutions Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates and final‑year students who want to build technical and commercial knowledge in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable energy solutions.

As a Graduate Program participant, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands‑on experience in technical solutions, project preparation, customer requirements analysis, and energy storage applications.
