Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily pre‑sales technical consulting and solution support for GWI’s global project teams;
• Assist in preparing proposal documents, technical specifications, and solution reports for wind power projects;
• Conduct technical reviews of customer requirements and translate them into feasible technical solutions;
• Participate in bid preparation, including technical proposal writing, cost estimation, and document compilation;
• Organize technical presentations and support customer communication during the bidding phase;
• Collect market and competitor information to support solution optimization;
• Maintain technical solution templates and standardize pre‑sales processes;
• Support cross‑departmental coordination between sales, engineering, and R&D teams;
• Conduct post‑bid technical analysis and lessons learned reviews;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Power System, New Energy, or related fields;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with cross‑functional teams and international stakeholders;
• Proficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Excellent English proficiency (CET‑6 or equivalent), able to work in a bilingual environment;
• Detail‑oriented, with a problem‑solving mindset and strong sense of ownership;
• Able to adapt to fast‑paced work and occasional domestic/international business travel.
