What You’ll Do • Support project handover and coordination activities after contract signing • Assist in organizing technical documentation, project schedules, and delivery milestones • Maintain project trackers, issue logs, action lists, and follow‑up documentation • Support coordination with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and technical partners • Participate in commissioning preparation, documentation reviews, and progress tracking • Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on key action items • Help collect and organize information related to system testing, integration, and technical requirements • Support service documentation, maintenance tracking, and troubleshooting follow‑up • Assist in reporting project progress, risks, and open issues Who We’re Looking For • Recent graduates or final‑year students from universities or engineering schools • Degree background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related fields • Strong interest in renewable energy, battery storage, or project delivery operations • Good organizational, analytical, and coordination skills • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools • Good communication skills in English • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑growing industry Nice to Have • Basic understanding of BESS, EMS, PCS, grid connection, or power systems • Internship, academic project, or research experience related to renewable energy or engineering • Interest in commissioning, project delivery, or service operations What You’ll Gain • Structured learning experience in renewable energy and energy storage project delivery • Exposure to real projects, commissioning activities, and service operations • Practical understanding of project coordination, technical follow‑up, and operational support • Hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional and international teams • Opportunities to support site visits, partner meetings, or project activities depending on project needs • A strong foundation for future careers in project delivery, commissioning, service management, or renewable infrastructure If you are passionate about clean energy and excited to grow in one of Europe’s fastest‑growing industries, we would love to hear from you.

Our BESS Fulfillment & Service Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates and final‑year students who want to build knowledge in project delivery, commissioning, service operations, and renewable energy infrastructure.

As a Graduate Program participant, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to project coordination, delivery management, commissioning preparation, and after‑sales support activities.
