As a trainee, you will contribute to Group-wide international strategic projects, support executive decision-making, and engage with senior stakeholders across DHL's global business divisions. Your tasksAnalyse growth opportunities, market trends and strategic business initiatives across DHL Group. Develop executive-ready recommendations and presentations to senior management. Collaborate with teams across regions and business divisions to shape DHL's long-term growth agenda.

Your profileCompleted or soon-to-be completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Political Science, Law or a related field before April 1st, 2027Relevant experience (up to 3 years) in strategy consulting, corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or similar analytical environmentsInternational mindset, demonstrated through study, work, or exchange experience abroadStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topicsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownershipFluent English, proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese, or German) is an advantage.
