Over the course of three years, with three rotations, you’ll gain hands‑on experience and take on real responsibilities.

What you‘ll need:
• A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics
• Previous experience via an internship would be advantageous, though not essential
• Leadership ambition, examples of where you have demonstrated leadership qualities in education, through hobbies or in a work context
• Fluent in English and German
• (Domestic/International) mobility to relocate whilst on the Graduate scheme

We’re looking for bold, curious, and ambitious graduates to join our Supply Chain Leadership Development Graduate scheme.
You will work in a plant to learn Manufacturing, in our commercial head office to master customer service and logistics and a final placement to experience Engineering, Procurement, Quality or our important Operations Centers.
