The Strategy & Insights team acts as a strategic partner to our commercial business, providing data- and insight-driven recommendations that enable better decisions and unleash sustainable growth across RedBull Germany.

Work on real business questions, analyze market performance, support shopper research, identify growth opportunities and help evaluate new products and portfolio innovations. Learn how to turn complex findings into clear strategic recommendations. Contribute to RedBull’s data & analytics AI transformation, leveraging analytics, automation and AI to generate impactful insights. Through selected rotations across Sales and Marketing, you will broaden your perspective, gain hands-on experience and build a holistic understanding of commercial strategy, shopper insights, advanced analytics and AI-driven ways of working.
