What You Can Expect Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments – including an eight‑month international placement – you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy.

As Strategy Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our team and actively shape the sustainable development and growth of our businesses.

How You’ll Make an Impact • Perform strategic analyses to inform decision making (market and competition, portfolio, global business setup) • Drive strategic planning (targets, scenarios, roadmap, and implementation) • Manage strategic projects focused on new businesses, partnerships, improvement programs, and market communication • Motivate cross‑functional teams to meet key milestones and results on time • Directly support and interact with TI top management • Create enthusiasm for STG’s future goals by engaging diverse communities What You Bring • Strategic thinking with a strong interest in future markets and market dynamics, complemented by analytical skills to independently prepare and visualize complex information • Proactive collaboration and effective communication skills, along with a drive to form and successfully work within international and diverse teams • Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome • A master’s or doctoral degree in economics, management, business administration, data analytics, digital management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working • Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel Transformation of Industry Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
