Darum lohnt es sich

What You Can Expect Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customised assignments – including an eight‑month international placement – you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact • Drive key milestones of our factory relocation project by supporting project management, taking over individual work packages, and ensuring seamless alignment across manufacturing, logistics, EHS, and quality. • Evaluate and optimise processes and value streams, contributing to the operational excellence level required for a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing site and helping us establish efficient, modern, and scalable workflows across the entire value chain. • Create high‑impact communication and decision material, provide data‑driven recommendations to management, and support change and communication activities to keep our workforce informed and engaged throughout the transition.

What You Bring • Curiosity, adaptability, and drive to learn quickly, take ownership, and contribute to shaping the future of a high‑tech manufacturing site. • Relevant experience through internships and/or working‑student roles is essential, ideally in project management or a manufacturing environment; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome. • A master’s or doctoral degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a closely related field. • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working. • Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel; proficient German skills to collaborate effectively across all functions in the factory.

Our global team is committed to making sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy a reality by pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Siemens Energy Graduate Program – Project Manager (m/f/d) Factory Expansion Whether you’re a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, you are the future of innovation and leadership.
