What You Can Expect Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments – including an eight‑month international placement – you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy.

What You Bring • First experience in project management, consulting, auditing, or internal program management • Strong interpersonal skills and communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly and the drive to lead internal programs • Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome • A master's or doctoral degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working • Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel Grid Technologies Our Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
