Responsibilities Social Media ownership with regular interesting content in our social channels and engagement with local stakeholders Organic content creation and optimization is a must: Email marketing, webinars, workshop presentations, Blog Articles and Press Releases Update the case study library and sales collateral documents maintaining always branding consistency Support lead generation marketing activities taking the lead in some of the potential activities Maintain a healthy network of vendors, channel partners and stakeholders with regular contact Support Operational daily task for marketing department (reporting, goodies stock, supply chain, budget control...) Events Organization would be a plus: Support the marketing team with local events (online and offline) Experience with B2B branding around the robotics / technology / logistics industries would be a plus Required capabilities, and skills With valid German work permit Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point), LinkedIn, Google Ads and Hubspot tools; experience with CRM, Design and Big Data, AI tools (Dynamics 365, Tableau, Power BI, Trello, PR Newswire, Photoshop, Chat GPT, Claude…) systems is a plus Travel 30% of the time to EMEA regions Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese/French/German/Spanish as a plus to meet daily and business communication needs Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results Proactive attitude and able to take the lead when a challenge happens for a fast-growing industry Ability to work with multiple departments at the same time for different projects.
