As we continue to expand our network in Germany and across Europe, we are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – Network Planning (m/f/d) to join our team in Karlsfeld near Munich.

Your Responsibilities • Support the planning and optimization of logistics and transportation networks • Analyze operational data, shipment volumes, routes, and network performance • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity, and service quality • Support network planning projects related to the growth of J&T Express in Germany • Work closely with Operations, Transportation, Warehousing, and other internal departments • Support the development and implementation of new logistics processes and operational concepts • Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management • Monitor key performance indicators and support performance improvement initiatives • Gain hands-on experience across different areas of network operations and logistics management • Participate in cross-functional and international projects Your Profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a comparable field • Strong interest in logistics, network planning, and e-commerce operations • First practical experience through internships, working student positions, or previous employment in logistics, transportation, parcel delivery, or e-commerce is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good understanding of data and confidence working with Excel and other analytical tools • Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style • Strong communication and coordination skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment • Very good English and mandarin skills • German skills are an advantage What We Offer • A structured entry into an international and rapidly growing logistics organization • Hands-on exposure to network planning and operational logistics • Close collaboration with experienced managers and international teams • The opportunity to take responsibility early in your career • Participation in strategic and operational projects • A dynamic and multicultural working environment • Strong development opportunities within J&T Express • The chance to actively contribute to the expansion of our logistics network in Germany If you are passionate about logistics, e-commerce, and network optimization and want to start your career in an international environment, we look forward to hearing from you.
