You can confidently lead and drive results in your field, leveraging your skills and expertise to achieve success. • Degree in business, engineering or similar (ideally with automotive experience) • Experience in data analysis and preparation (market and competitor analysis) • Proven experience on project management, process design or data-analytics by building on generative AI capabilities • Strong interest on driving change in organizations • Demonstrating passion on testing and trying out new use cases and challenging achieved outputs from customer or stakeholder perspective • Structured, pragmatic approach; able to clarify ambiguous requirements • Excellent English and German communication and confidence presenting concepts to managers • Proactive team player, comfortable working with diverse global teams • Willingness to complete international assignments Personal Statements • I am an ambitious and open-minded person who loves to get to know new people and learn about new topics • When I think about moving to another country for at least three months, I want to start packing my bags • I like to work in teams that are very diverse I can’t wait to present a concept to team and managers – and I don’t mind doing it in English.

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Segment Sales & Marketing Operations IGP, you will support sales excellence in the automotive segment by supporting the deployment of new strategies and projects in the segment and in the Regional Center. You love change – which is guaranteed in the semiconductor industry.
