Your program consists of the following elements: • Strategic assignment, providing exposure to executive decision-making and business steering • Operational assignment, focusing on fab performance and operational excellence • Technical assignment, building domain expertise and understanding of the technological drivers of manufacturing success • Support strategic frontend optimization initiatives by leveraging AI and digital expertise • Help translate complex technical and strategic insights into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills • Contribute to continuous improvement within an international setting, bringing a fresh perspective Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed You are curious and interested in a broad range of topics.

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Frontend Strategy & Operations Excellence IGP, you will develop a holistic understanding of Frontend manufacturing by contributing to strategic, operational, and technical initiatives across the FE organization.

You will join cross-functional performance improvements and learn how to translate strategy into execution while effectively engaging stakeholders from shop floor to board level. You don’t expect things to be handed to you on a silver platter – you go search for them. You love change – which is guaranteed in the semiconductor industry.
