Structured training, hands‑on experience and guidance from experts will help you grow your skills, explore different areas and shape the future of finance. About the Role We’re looking for problem‑solving Android Engineers who design and deliver features used by millions of customers.

Your stack will include Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, RxJava, Coroutines, Dagger, Retrofit, MVVM architecture and a TDD approach. Shape the user experience from wireframes and mock‑ups to implementation and release. Help define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the app.

Prototype new interactions based on peer and user feedback. Develop expertise with the Android SDK. Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver outcomes. Use regular feedback to accelerate your development. What You’ll Need A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade) with graduation in 2025, 2026 or 2027.

A portfolio of coding projects or open‑source contributions. A degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a similar field. Solid problem‑solving skills. A proactive, ambitious and results‑driven approach. Fluency in English. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Full‑time availability from early or late 2027.

Ability to attend the company office in your country at least 3 days per week (hybrid role). We’ll support visa assistance, travel costs and first‑month accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office where role and location allow.

Compensation Kraków: PLN 15,700–PLN 15,700 gross monthly (and similar for other Polish locations). Other locations: compensation will be discussed during the interview process and final offer will be based on qualifications, skills and experience.
