What you\'ll be doing Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer and business problems Researching user needs and sharing insights to guide design decisions Designing end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes that solve problems simply and elegantly Running customer testing and iterating based on feedback Collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions Reviewing product performance after release and identifying opportunities for improvement What you\'ll need To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027 A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade) A degree in design or a similar field A proactive attitude and love for problem-solving Fluency in English The ability to learn quickly with an ambitious and results-driven mindset Excellent communication and organisational skills To be comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment Full-time availability from early or late 2027 The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role) Nice to have Fluency in other languages Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.

Over this 12-month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. With structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll grow your skills while exploring different areas of the business.
