With our 18-month trainee program, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the various fields of activity in the areas of finance and controlling.
From the very beginning, you will work on your own projects in which you can advance topics in the field of finance or controlling. Your three assignment stations of six months each as well as your later target function will be individually coordinated with you. In doing so, we consider your wishes and strengths.
In each assignment station, you will familiarize yourself with the corresponding topic area, such as financing or mergers & acquisitions. After a short time, you will take responsibility for exciting projects or initiate them yourself. You will always have a professional contact person at your
