You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields, and are available to work full-time. You are fluent in English and German. You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.

You have the legal right to work in Germany (e.g., residency, visa). You see formal training as just the beginning and aim to make a difference in everything you do.
