Program details 2/3 years of intensive on-the-job training at our headquarters in China Followed by strategic overseas assignments in our global offices Your Training Journey - Phase 1: HQ Rotation Master your technical knowledge in residential energy storage systems (battery packs, inverters, energy management software) Support international clients by assisting technical teams in problem-solving Develop market-specific sales tools and competitive analysis reports Provide pre- and post-sales technical consultation to overseas distributors Work on cross-departmental projects to expand global market reach Your Training Journey - Phase 2: Overseas Subsidiary Assignment Deliver on-site and remote technical support to key clients Lead customer training workshops and product demonstrations Strengthen distributor technical capabilities Identify new market opportunities through trend and data analysis Collaborate with local sales teams on competitive bidding strategies Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery Competencies Proactive, results-driven with a pragmatic mindset and strong sense of urgency.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels, including executive management in an international environment.
