Candidates must graduate between August 2025 and August 2026 and must not have accumulated full-time professional work experience during or after their studies.Your TasksDevelop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and ongoing supportAct as the primary point of contact, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levelsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services to clientsIdentify growth opportunities within accounts, proactively recommending upsell or cross-sell options to enhance valueMonitor account health, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for clientsAddress client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional mannerStay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, offering strategic insights to clientsLead and implement change projects, optimizing system utilization and driving continuous improvement in client operationsYour ProfileBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical EngineeringProven experience in project management, account management, or customer success, preferably within the automation or SaaS industryFamiliar with warehouse management or solution design in logistics, 3PL, automation and related fieldsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levelsExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needsFluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written, to support daily operations and business negotiations.
